Pure Avocado Oil 40ml

Description
Avocado oil is rich in phenolic compounds, lecithin, phytosterols, vitamin A and E.
It is known to be a high-calorie and high-fat fruit which helps to regulate triglyceride and bad cholesterol levels.
The high content of vitamin E makes it an excellent protector against skin ageing, acting on wrinkles and stretch marks. This happens because of its high moisturising capacity.
It is also a great ally for weak and brittle nails and hair.
Often used in cosmetics and as one of the ingredients in sunscreens for its antioxidant action.

How To Apply
On very dry skin you can apply a few drops directly and massage until fully absorbed as if it were a serum or add a few drops to your moisturising night cream to help with the regeneration that happens while we sleep.
You can also add a few drops of oil to your bath water; this will soothe and leave the skin softer and more hydrated.
If you have weak and brittle nails apply a few drops and massage well into the nails and cuticles before bed.
On the hair, you can apply a few drops directly onto the scalp and massage, leave on for a few minutes and then wash as normal.
If your hair is very damaged from colouring, highlights, or straightening, put a few drops in your hand and gently spread all over your hair.
You can also add a few drops to your moisturising mask.

Description
The Grapeseed oil made with plant-based ingredients is taken from pressed seeds of “Vitis Vinifera” and is a by-product of the winemaking process. It is rich in polyunsaturated unsaponifiable fatty acids and phospholipids.
The main benefits include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties due to its high content of tocopherol and linoleic acid, responsible for the various benefits.
